Local resident and video producer, Andrew Davies, has launched a new film celebrating a year in the life of his hometown.
The 60-minute film follows the life of the town throughout the year and features 25 different stories of local people, organisations and events.
The film captures scenes from Prescott Hill Climb, The Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Steam Railway, the ‘Hell of the North Cotswold’s’ cycle event and many others. In one section, 30 local presenters tell the fascinating 5,000-year history
of the community from numerous locations -
and all within a short distance of Winchcombe.
The DVD is on sale at The Emporium and Café 6
and other outlets in Winchcombe, or on-line at its own site www.winchcombevideo.co.uk
